Positive: Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom spacy and comfortable with clean towels, modern lock on the door and very chic interior with minimalistic decorations. I appreciated various kinds of lighting which can be dimmed and a night light in the bathroom. Comfortable sofa. Hardwood floors. We had a room with bathroom attached, the other room had one in the hallway. The room was very cold at first but the heating worked well.
Negative: No dishwasher, no coffee machine (only machine for drip coffee), the fridge was not fully closing and water was condensing inside, overall the apartment felt a little damp. The pillows are filled with duck feather which can be an issue for allergic people. Sound isolation was not solid, you could hear people from other room. I received no instructions for arrival so I was surprised to find I had to call and ask what to do. The route to the apartment was not clear to a newcomer so we spend some time in confusion what to do but the lady on the phone was helpful. I would have appreciated to receive instructions in advance (we arrived after dark and the area was unlit).
