Positive: In the old days I would have rated this 9.5. Now we get only whole numbers. The apartment is very quiet, well equipped, comfortable and spotless. The hosts are very responsive.
Negative: Very minor details. A microwave would have been nice. There's a large well done patio right out the main room window, but it's not for guests. There is a small sitting area by the front door for guests. Be aware that there are steps down to the apartment, not handicapped accessible.
