Beautiful private Studio apartment on a farm/botanical garden with resort size pool and sauna. Apartment is private and super cute. Features lush gardens fruit tree's and farm animals. It is a short 25/30 minutes to beaches and 10 minutes to stores. Five acres of secluded nature , fishing dock, large fire area, fruit forest, ramp to a canal, 2 paddle boards available . The farm hosts chickens, goat, horse, dogs and cats. Vegetarian household
The space
Truly a great retreat get away. Your unit features a queen bed, full shower, smart tv , And a convertible couch for children! There is a kitchenette in the apartment. It is 250 square feet of a adorable cozy nest! Note that we do have space to accommodate you to bring your Horse on property. We live on property and most of the time available if you have questions. There are other guests- woofers or farm workers here, we are here, gardening projects/classes with families and kids so there will be other people on property but is very quiet at night. The five acres are fenced and we live next to an organic farm! Wifi available at pool and kitchen and we have DVD player with dvds in unit. (: Vegetarian community so we ask not to bring poultry, fish, meats to the property. .We have 3 large friendly dogs on property. Vegetarian household. You have a community kitchen available with plenty of room for all! We have community garden projects on property serval days of week and potlucks. Only booked guests on property. Please do not share gate codes. There is NO WIFI in your unit you will need to go around the main house to get service. We do accommodate space for a Horse or farm animals $90 day/pet. Must drive 10MPH.

Pool, the pool is closed from 3pm to 4pm Monday to Thursday on Monday also closed from 9am till 10am, 40ft Zip line, Large swings, swing set, Bikes, 2 paddle board, huge fire pit, the farm animals, the laundry room, The community kitchen the dock by the canal and the woods.
Other things to note
We do offer wifi but it is limited as we are in the country and enable to get high speed internet, we are on DSL. If you have to work during your stay and need to rely on internet make sure you will have a back up source (hot spot on your phone for exemple) as ours can't be 100% reliable. There might be horse manure and dog waste around , we do our best to collect it but on 5 acre property it is possible that we have missed a few.
