Villa Bartomeo with a private pool is located in the centre of the village of Consell, just 100 m from its' main square where all the local bars, shops and restaurants can be found. The house sleeps up to 6 guests and has been lovingly renovated by the owners using the best quality fixtures, fittings and materials to create a mix of modern and traditional styles. Distributed over two floors with air conditioning throughout, it comprises a new, fitted kitchen totally equipped with all modern appliances and patio doors out to the terrace, a spacious lounge with dining area, a double bedroom and a separate bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 2 further double bedrooms, another large bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower and large terrace, a perfect spot from which to admire the colourful sunsets. The property offers a private rear terrace with a dining table, outdoor sofa and a portable gas barbecue, for alfresco dining and within the enclosed garden you have the added bonus of a private swimming pool equipped with loungers. Villa Bartomeo is a fantastic holiday home centrally located in the village and just a 20 minute drive to Palma and a 10 minute drive to the wine town of Binissalen.
