Our villa is in a park where the smell of the maritime pines emerges, in a very quiet area, on the edge of the forest, 500 m from the bike paths which will allow you to reach the beaches of La Palmyre, the wild coast, the great coast, Ronce-les-bains by circulating through the pines.
The proximity of the shops and the market with its daily market during summer and Friday the rest of the year is very appreciable.
From here you can enjoy activities such as golf, tennis, sailing and other water sports, horseback riding, quad biking ... but also the Luna Parc theme park; visit the beautiful Zoo of La Palmyre; to discover our beautiful region, the Marennes-Oléron oysters park, St Palais, Royan, Talmon, Meschers, Ile d'Oleron, the Ile d'Aix, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, the Saintonge and its Romanesque art ...
Our villa is articulated around a large living room of 70 m2, very sunny, with terraces, and view on the swimming pool, composed:
- a kitchen (electric hob, oven, dishwasher, American fridge);
- a sitting area (2 sofas + TV);
- a table for 8 guests.
On each side, the two corners, completely independent, are composed of:
- a room with a bed 160 - view on the swimming pool;
- a room with 2 beds 90 - view on the swimming pool;
- bathroom with walk-in shower;
- WC.
A cellar is at your disposal with washing machine and dryer, table and iron.
The pool is equipped with an electric shutter immersed for maximum safety.
8 sunbeds for a call to idleness !!!
Outside :
- on the main terrace, facing south-west, you can have your meals;
- on the grass, a garden furniture to enjoy the outside;
- a barbecue.
But also a ping-pong table, a net for volleyball and / or badminton.
Outside the summer period (July and August) the house can be rented for 2 or 4 people, the length of stay can be flexible, the price will be adapted. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss.
