Located just a five-minute walk from the Horizon beach and the Bélisaire pier, Villa Valentine offers a privileged setting for vacations with family or friends. Its location is ideal for walking or cycling to the market and shops in the center of Cap Ferret.
This beautiful 105 m2 house, typical of the Bassin D'Arcachon, features a large living room with a lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There are three double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower.
The outdoor terrace offers several areas: a solarium with deckchairs, an outdoor lounge on the upper terrace and a shaded dining area with plancha below.

The rental fee includes the supply of household linen and end-of-stay cleaning. For each additional week, the sum of 300€ will be added to the rental fee and will include the weekly change of linen and the intermediate cleaning per week of rental.
A deposit of €1,500 is required, in the form of a cheque handed in on the day of arrival, or a bank transfer received no later than the day before arrival.
Throughout your stay, your villa's manager will be available by telephone for any information requests or other needs.
