THE SPACE
You'll love the expansive open floor plan with a light-filled living room flanked by French doors that lead to the front patio on one side, and the all-season screen porch on the other. A stone-trimmed fireplace welcomes you on cool evenings. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats 8 at the table and opens to a second light-filled living area with an oversized sectional sofa, Smart TV over a second fireplace and French doors leading to the back patio.
The perfectly appointed kitchen is a cook's dream, with a massive island that seats 4 and includes a built-in drawer-style microwave (easy for kids to reach and use) a warming drawer, one of the kitchen's two dishwashers and a stainless steel sink. Ample counter space, a second dishwasher, and a gas range with 8 burners, griddle & a pot filler, plus a comprehensive housewares package that makes cooking a pleasure.
Step onto the back patio and enjoy the outdoor kitchen, which includes a built-in gas grill, mini fridge and expansive island design with seating for 6 at the counter. A nearby dining table seats another 6. The in-ground hot tub is perfect for relaxing, while the spacious back yard offers plenty of space for kids to run, along with a trampoline. Enjoy s'mores under the stars at the fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Other main level features include a full bath with a walk-in shower, nice laundry room that opens to the back yard, and a front porch with a row of rockers for relaxing and listening to the waves and bird song.
Upstairs is home to the residence’s primary suite that welcomes with a private lounge leading to a rooftop deck with seasonal lake views that's a perfect morning coffee spot. This bedroom includes a king-size bed and gorgeous bath with a massive walk-in shower, free-standing air jet tub, dual vanities and a water closet. This level also offers a lounge area with a couch, TV, wet bar, and direct access to the back yard/outside; a half bath off the hall; and a convenient second laundry room. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and shares a jack-and-jill style bathroom with the bunk room. The bunk room is perfect for kids to have their own space to hang out, with a couch, TV, games and 5 built-in twin XL bunks, each with their own reading light, outlet and USB charging port.
The finished lower level has a spacious TV/lounge space with a foosball table, ping pong table, and loads of seating for a great movie night with the whole gang. A full bath offers a combination tub/shower and connects to the bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and another twin bed. This is a classic Tom Gold built home that won't disappoint!
