Cathedral ceilings in the great room, spectacular kitchen and outdoor Lanai with heated pool/whirlpool and outdoor kitchen. Private setting at the end of the cul-de-sac. Wonderful master bedroom with a king bed and master bath, bedroom 2 has a private bath and a queen bed, bedroom 3 has a queen bed and there is an office/den. There is also a community pool, tennis, fitness center, tiki bar and newly RENOVATED clubhouse for your enjoyment. Twin Eagles has 2 golf courses with approximately 600 members. No problem getting tee times. The owners GOLF membership and privileges will be yours for a transfer fee (golf & HOA transfer fee required). If you book for 4 months you will receive a 5% Discount. There is a Super Discount for a 6 month (184 days) of 20%.
Fabulous new/remodeled Clubhouse 2023, Tiki Bar, Pickleball, Tennis, Bocce, state of the art Fitness Center all at this Gated Community. Plenty of wildlife for nature lovers.
