2 Bedroom Condo in Port Richey

Consider this condo your home away from home while you’re in Florida, for whatever reason; work, a sabbatical, or just because! Enjoy beautiful sunsets every night. Three month minimum commitment is all that is required, or more if you would like. This fabulous property features 2 bedrooms with a cozy king bed and a comfortable queen bed. Enjoy the convenience of all the amenities. Exercise Gym, Pool on the waters edge, with BBQ and fire pit, Putting Green and Tennis. As many Condos are these days, this year there will be work going on around the property, so if you can take a little noise, we have lowered the price to make it more enyoyable!
Its a perfect location. An end unit with lots of light, privacy and no limit on the sound you can make. Of course you want to be considerate, but I like to open all the windows and let the wonderful breeze come in and turn on the music the way we like it. We are on the 1st floor above the parking with stair access to the first floor, or an elevator. We look out to the beach and to the pool; both very close. In fact, we are the closest building to the pool, exercise room, library, tennis courts, etc.
Fred Howard Beach and Honey Moon Beach are within 10 to 20 minutes away, as well as, restaurants, entertainment, shops, galleries, wine and bars. Plus, Sims lake is close for walking, admiring wildlife, homemade ice cream and pizza on the lake!

The space
Featuring:
Open concept kitchen with plenty of storage, with large kitchen table, table cloths, and 4 kitchen chairs.
A large front room with a comfortable recliner couch and chairs that easily accommodate a variety of guests.
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, walk in closet, hangers, iron and ironing board, vanity, stool and mirror, large dressers and plenty of towels and linens.
The second bedroom offers a medium firm Queen bed, work desk and mirror, small dresser and closet.
The Pool, BBQ, Clubhouse with games, library, pool table etc and fitness room are at your disposal.
