Watch the people and the cruise ships come and go from the Kailua Pier. Visit the famous Farmer's Market. I was on vacation with husband, kids, and extended family. Our first time visiting the Big Island, how exciting! This home seriously makes me want to purchase my own home in Kona, possibly for retirement. The home is about a 20 minute drive from the Kona International Airport with Costco along the way from the airport to the property. The house has pretty much everything you need and is nicely decorated. You will definitely be spending lots of time in the pool. Lots of great areas in and out of the house to just hang out at, comfortably. Everyone from age 4 to 71 had a blast. This was truly a getaway from reality. You've made our experience stress-free and enjoyable, just how vacation is supposed to be!
The house and its belongings are all in beautiful condition. The rooms worked great for us and our children. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. The views from the house are unbeatable! We often didn't need the AC unit running because the house cools off so nice with the windows open but when we needed the AC it worked very quickly to cool the home down. We loved this house and would stay time and time again!
Loved the location and view from the patio of this very spacious and well maintained home! Owners were very quick to answer questions and helpful with setting up the rental on short notice. The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time, overlooking the ocean and enjoying the wonderful pool and covered patio area. Very nice neighborhood with easy access to local shops.
My family stayed in this house for a week, and we loved it. The house has plenty of room, with big bedrooms, and a spacious central living room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The pool is huge, and is surrounded by a large patio. The view of the Kona coastline from the patio is fantastic, especially the sunsets. We found a large supply of pool and beach toys in the garage, and the kids had a great time with them. Overall, this house was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed staying there.
