Located just off of Merriom Avenue and five minutes to the greenway and trails. Around the corner from the tennis courts too! Just down the street from the beautiful Grove Park Inn. This wonderful townhome has its own, one-car garage, fully equipped kitchen, sun-drenched living room, one smart TV, ample closets, larger tub/shower combo, and exterior BBQ area. Resident pays for the following: Water, sewer, trash, and electricity. We will bill you monthly for these 2 utilities.
