Summary: House is in a perfect location and has a dock for scalloping and spending days on the water. We all enjoyed our stay. The house is in need of a little attention, but served us well. There was some visible mold in the bathrooms and in one bedroom. It is not well stocked with kitchen wares. If you like to cook, you may want to bring your own specialty equipment.
