Positive: Lovely location on the hill with nice city views. The outdoor space was lovely for the kids - pool, soccer field, swings. Spacious home with play room for the kids.
Negative: Some details worth noting that were not clear before our stay. There is a third floor, it is rented by someone so the property is not private to your group. Washer/dryer downstairs in basement. There is only one full bath on second floor, half bath on first. This may be uncomfortable for groups of couples. The sauna was not available for use during our stay. The pool temperature was set to 80 F, 26 C.
Summary: Lovely spacious semi-private home with lots of outdoor space for families
