Welcome to the Parbery Property: Executive Suite! We look forward to having you stay with us. The Parbery hotel is close to many local Canberra attractions and within walking distance to the bustling Kingston Foreshore.
Enjoy this spacious apartment equipped with everything that you need for your holiday/business trip in Canberra. You will find our accommodation is on par with the local 5 star hotels but with the added privacy and convenience of kitchen & laundry areas.
The Space:
The Parbery Property has two bedrooms that are on separate sides of the apartment for added privacy. There are two bathrooms, an en-suite off of the main and another bathroom just outside the entrance to bedroom two.
The kitchen is complete with basic pantry items, continental breakfast and everything that you will require to cook up a storm!
The laundry (built into the main bathroom) comes equipped with iron, laundry detergent & a washer/dryer. Both bathrooms are also stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
There are two balconies to enjoy the fresh summer evenings, one off of the living room and the other off of bedroom 2.
There is a single stretcher bed in bedroom two which we can setup (on request) in bedroom two or the living room depending on sleeping preferences.
The Parbery property spares no expense in luxury, competing with the local 5 star hotels. You can expect the very best during your stay including 1200 thread count sheets, quality mattresses and many other comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Guest Access:
The Parbery Property has separate access, you can let yourself in with the keys located in the lockbox at the front entrance to the property. When you walk in there is a flight of approximately 15 stairs to climb, with this in mind unfortunately our property is not disability friendly. The whole space is yours to use, this property is specifically setup as an air bnb.
The Neighborhood:
The Parbery Property is located within the prestigious Kingsborough Village. The neighbourhood is very safe & friendly! Enjoy the shared facilities including the outdoor rooftop cinema & BBQ area. If you're staying on a Friday night be sure to checkout the local food truck in the shared courtyard area. The whole village is licensed and you are welcome to BYO and enjoy street food from across the world!
If you'd prefer a nice sit down meal the property is within walking distance to the Kingston Foreshore where a number of popular restaurants are at your disposal.

Summary: Awesome location central to all the places I was going. Super clean and sparkly. All the amenities- it was very convenient to have the washer / dryer all in one unit so i could go home with clean laundry! I only ever had to wait 2-3 minutes for an Uber. Short walk to Kingston shops with amazing coffee shops, boutiques and incredible grocery store. Can’t say enough good things about this property and the fantastic host, she was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Will definitely e booking again! Also the cafe right next door makes magical coffee.
