Positive: Room was very nice and clean. Bed was a bit soft, otherwise comfortable. Breakfast included. Option of balcony, definitely get that if you can because breakfast you can get in a small area in the corridor but have to eat in the room. Host was really helpful with tips on what to do or where to eat. Location right by the sea.
Negative: No area for eating breakfast outside the room. Walls/door are a bit thin, you could easily hear other guests. If you arent very mobile its maybe hard to go into the center since its 5min up some steep stairs.
