A beautiful open plan apartment that is brand new. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a generous living area. The balcony provides an incredible view across the city with a 250 degree view across the city skyline and the MCG, along with the sporting precinct of AMMI Park, and Rod Laver Arena.
Watching the sun go down on the large balcony with a glass of wine in hand is a perfect way to end your day after exploring the city which is all within walking distance. Our place is extremely accessible to all of the attractions of Melbourne and the perfect base to explore.
Situated close the artsy Collingwood, eclectic Richmond and the multi-cultural cuisine in between, you cannot be better placed to enjoy your time in our beautiful city,

This is a very vibrant and eclectic location that offers the best of Melbourne. For sports fans the MCG is around the colder, the area is a mix of old converted factories, homeware stores, clothing outlets, a beautiful array of cuisines and a multitude of funky cafes.
We are located in Richmond,Victoria,Australia.
Richmond is the perfect place to live. It is quiet but bustling, close to everything and easy to get to. Has everything you need and more. Great coffee, food, shopping and entertainment. You will love this apartment, it's really gorgeous! Plus you can sit back at our apartment and watch the sun set over the city and then see the city light up.
Getting Around:
The apartment is within close walking distance to trains, trams and buses. You can easily walk to the MCG, Melbourne Tennis Centre and lots of shopping and eateries.

You will noticed that we have continued to redecorate and update all features of the apartment. We are a lovely family who would be very much looking forward to hosting you and offering you any advice you may require.
