Ground floor apartment in one of the most reserved blocks of the condominium. Far from the pool, barbecue and games room. Apartment contains: 1 Large living room with 1 4-seater sofa, a beanbag, 46 "Plasma TV, wardrobe and 2 clothesline to extend the balcony. In the living room, I leave wooden tables and chairs (bar type) for meals. Balcony facing the lawn. 2 bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans, 1 with double bed with drawers and a chest of drawers and the other bedroom with 2 Triliches (Totaling 6 single beds), with 3 drawers each, a chest of drawers. 1 bathroom with luxury shower, electric shower, sink and closet. American kitchen equipped with stove, duplex refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, pantry, sandwich maker, gallon water filter and dining device. Laundry with a tank, brooms, dustpan and squeegee.

It is 900 meters from the entrance of the island of Japones (Portoveleiro) where there is a sea taxi stop for crossing to the neighborhood of the passage (near Praia do Forte). 1200 m from Peró beach, which is the only one in the region certified with the international blue flag, 600 m from Conchas beach entrance. The condo is beautiful and well maintained and there is no shortage of water. It is a 10-minute drive to Praia do Forte, 5 minutes to Rua dos Biquinis and 25 minutes to Buzios. Peró Mall is located 800m from the condominium, with restaurants for meals and snacks.
