Summary: I stayed on the 2nd floor and could not sleep at all. I heard every step that the person above me made. The hall lights did not work so it was dark walking to your room. The floors were nasty and sticky. Everything time I walked it was like my shoe was glued to the floor. Last the bathroom had a huge toenail on the floor. Probably from not cleaning.
