Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our car battery died from the cold and one of the staff members used her truck and jumper cables to get us going. Other staff let us use the spa lobby and have some tea while we waited for her to arrive from home with jumper cables: A+ customer service. Getting breakfast delivered to the room was lovely. The spa was fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough!!
