Cleaning & TVs: No daily cleaning is included. All TVs are ROKU Smart TVs for streaming (no cable).
Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property. No smoking or marijuana is allowed, inside or outside.
Parties: NO PARTIES ALLOWED. We have a zero-tolerance policy.
Noise Policy: By booking, you agree that if police are called for noise or a party, you will be charged a minimum $500 fee and your reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund.
