You will have access to our entire backyard, including yard gas bbq grill, several seating areas for entertainment, gas fire pit "hangout spot", pool, upstairs balcony (accessed by spiral staircase on patio or through Master bedroom), entire downstairs area (except garage), upstairs, two closets in bedrooms, laundry room, sauna, office and library.
If you need anything during your stay, our house manager will be glad to assist you and is available for any questions you may have.
Plenty of things to do nearby! We have hiking/biking trails just steps away from the house. We are also within just 5-7min drive to hiking, Tonto National Forest, Salt river tubing, horseback riding, outdoor shooting range, volley ball and so much more. 20 minutes to the Chicago Cubs Spring Training Stadium! 15-20mins to Saguaro lake where you can go kayaking, canoeing, rent a pontoon or speed boat, wake board, water ski, knee board or take a leisurely tour around the lake on their double decker tour boat for a unique way to see wild life and beautiful scenery. Many conveniences just around the corner: 1/4 mile from grocery stores, plenty of unique restaurants for traditional American food, Pizza, sushi, Mexican, wine bar with live entertainment every night 6-9pm, sports bar, yogurt shop, fast food, nail salons, yoga, fitness. 15-20 mins from Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe Mill Avenue, or the Zoo and 20-25 mins to/from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Take it easy and stay in with a full kitchen, plenty of games, 54" Tv with surround sound for Movies & Netflix (no cable), or cozy up to the fireplace.
You will want to have a car to get the most out of the area, just 15-20mins to Old town Scottsdale, and Downtown. Uber works in Arizona but we are not in the city so you may want to plan ahead as it could take 7-30mins for them to get to the house. You could walk 10-15mins (1/4 mile) to the main corner for restaurants, bars and grocery but in the summer months, June-September please note that it is still rather warm in the evening.
HOUSE RULES & RENTAL AGREEMENT
1️⃣ GENERAL CONDUCT
Respect the Property
• Treat the home, furniture, and community areas with care.
• Clean up after yourself, indoors and outdoors.
Be Mindful of Noise
• Observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM (local ordinance).
• No events, parties, gatherings, or visitors allowed without prior written permission.
• Noise complaints are taken seriously and may cause immediate termination of your stay.
• Violation of noise or code enforcement policies will cause a $1000 fine.
Report Any Issues Promptly
• Report any cleaning concerns, damages, or malfunctioning amenities within the first 12 hours of check-in. We want the opportunity to correct any issues to ensure a comfortable stay. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we may be unable to address your concerns or offer remediation after your stay.
• New Damages: If damage occurs during your stay, please be transparent and notify us immediately. We understand accidents happen and will work with you to find a fair solution.
2️⃣ RENTAL TERMS
Rental Agreement
• The primary guest must sign our Rental Agreement and is responsible for all individuals in the rental party.
• Its terms will bind all individuals in the rental party.
• Rental Agreement is sent via secure link to our “Guest Portal” via OTA messaging platform or email.
Security Deposit
• A $150 Security Deposit is required to cover potential damages or lost items.
