Ideal for romantic holidays, for art lovers, for business men, for families.
The elegant, lovely, bright 75 mq apartment is at the second noble floor of an ancient building. Lift is present. A spectacular bifora of XVI century embellished the open space living room. Numerous bright windows overlook frescoes historic buildings , just in front of you. You will have exclusive and private access to the entire apartment which has a large open space with modern kitchen fully equipped: appliances, washing machine, oven , microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, bread toaster, air conditioning, heating, TV, wifi ultra powerful 1000Mb. Murano chandeliers illuminate and enrich the room, oak parquet warms the entire area. A comfortable sofa bed (160x190 cm with a thick mattress ,18 cm).The sleeping area has a large equipped wardrobe, a large separate double bedroom king size bed, large wardrobe, tallboy and bedside table and a shoe rack with wide mirror. Linens and blankets chanted weekly are supplied. A large bathroom with window, comfortable shower, washing machine completes the house. Towels ,body soap, shampoo, hair dryer are provided.
Around the corner of Anna'S Home you can find a superbous ice cream: Dassie, many traditional restaurants, coffee bars, supermarket, drogstore, bakery, twice a week you can appreciate the popular and traditional weekly market. In 5 minutes walking you have the traditional market of fruit and vegetables and fish.
You are near the Museum area and the principle squares: Piazza dei Signori, Piazza Duomo. Piazza Burchiellati, Piazza Pola.
You have the bus stop at 20 m, so do the parking lot, not free. You have a Parking free area very near.
