Tucked away in a secluded location, just a stones throw from the beach this very private luxury resort style holiday house is a 1 minute walk to beach, 3 minute walk to village and has panoramic views across the bay including the Melbourne cityscape from a sweeping balcony on the upper level to take in the magnificent sea views.
Elmie Beach Resort has terrific amenities to please all, equipped with a billiard table/games room and deluxe lagoon style pool at the rear of the house to maximise privacy. The pool has several depths and shady spots to cool down on a hot day, extensive grassy grounds (perfect for a backyard private picnic or a game of cricket) and luxury interior. Elmie Beach Resort overlooks the community tennis court (which guests have access to) and is only one block back from the beach.
Enjoy relaxing under one of the many shaded palm trees with expansive lawn space by the pool with a picnic or enjoy the magnificent views from the upper entertainers deck. The house is designed from both levels to capture sea views and indoor/outdoor flow. All furniture has been tastefully chosen to reflect a gorgeous neutral coastal style.
Upstairs Elmie Beach Resort hosts an expansive living space, divided into 3 relaxing retreat areas, including a reading lounge, fireplace lounge, bar and barfridge and TV lounge featuring Netflix and DVD player and library leading out to the large entertainer’s upper deck with outdoor dining and four burner BBQ. The balcony has a large remote controlled shade cloth ( wind controlled as well ), with views over Mt Martha South Beach, the old army parade ground and local tennis courts.
Children will love the downstairs games room which hosts a billiard table and TV lounge area with PlayStation, Dvd player and library. Adjacent in the garage there is a table tennis table for further family fun and a bathroom to compliment poolside facilities.
Out back, the large 4 metre high hedge creates the ultimate privacy for family cricket, bathing and swimming. The swimming pool is solar heated and has a security fence. There are lounges for guests to relax on.
Upstairs the master ensuite bedroom, with sweeping, uninterrupted bay views, offers the perfect and most romantic couple retreat. The 5 downstairs bedrooms are large and comfortable accommodating up to 2 large families. This property will accept up to a maximum of 8 adults and up to 8 children.
Perfectly located, Elmie Beach Resort is a short stroll to Mount Martha’s South Beach and Village.
