Summary: Location is great, but the receptionist wouldn't offer you anything unless you ask: towel, cutlery, plate & cup. My room, with its window facing the fire exit area was noisy on some early mornings because of rubbish trucks picking up rubbish containers, cleaners dumping rubbish bags running up and down the fire exit stairs. I also was awakened by sound of vacuuming and shouting past midnight. Though the kitchen was clean, it had only one kitchen knife and one peeler, sometimes one plate or one bowl, no cups. I believe was bitten by bed bugs, as I have no alternative explanation for the itchy bites I got on the 1st night and was progressively getting more every night.
