Positive: Decent location That's it....
Negative: 450 Euro DEPOSIT (they only give 430 back and blame your bank for fees - my bank confirmed it was them who took the fees as I paid all the ones on my end, they ignored me when I said I could provide proof of this) BEWARE OF CHECK IN TIMES (they will try to charge you 89 euros extra for "out of hours" although this could easily be avoided if they gave you the keypad code during their working hours...) Ants on the floor Ac/heating did not work and apartment did not fix it during our stay although they were aware of the issue (they offer a small portable heater found in a cupboard which had 2/3 operating halogen bulbs) Hairdryers did not work Will pester you for a review after your stay and offer a 15% discount if you give them 10/10. They did not even provide water bottles.... Overall wouldn't come back. Deposit is a joke. They also don't fix any issues (heating) during your stay.
