This home boasts of 20 foot ceilings, a billiards room and kids play room, with a gorgeous kitchen that opens to a family room with a fireplace for all those cozy nights. The kitchen is a cook's dream with stainless steel appliances, a large island and rich maple cabinets. The primary suite has a slider that leads to a covered flagstone patio and a pebble tech pool for your outdoor entertainment and features a built in BBQ.

Beautiful Oro Valley home offered by two travel enthusiasts who designed the home to cater to your every needs. Family-friendly atmosphere with loads of room (2750 sq. ft.) w/4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths including a master suite on the main floor with direct access to the patio and PRIVATE HEATED pool.
Age requirement:
The ideal guest is responsible and mature. They will respect our house, our house rules, and most importantly, our neighbors. You must be 25 or older to book with us. No smoking! No pets! NOT A PARTT HOUSE!

Wow! The centerpiece of the home with a fully stocked and fully functional kitchen w/ an island, rich maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances for all those home cooked meals even on the road.
You'll enjoy extra amenities like complimentary coffee, cream and sugar.
Family Room:
A comfy and cozy space with full-sized sectional, side chair, TV and fireplace for another family gathering spot .
Master Suite:
Conveniently located on the main floor adjacent to the kitchen and family room with a queen bed, bathroom w/dual sinks a separate shower and bath and a large closet. Bonus: Privacy door and private exit/entrance to the pool and patio.
Kid's Play Room:
A nice, semi-private space on the main floor with games for the kids of all ages AND a TV with basic cable and Roku streaming (available). A half-bath is located in this same space (for quick game breaks).
Laundry:
Also located on the main level equipped with a washer and dryer, 2 steamers.
Upstairs:
At the top of the stairs is nice landing area designed for a late night area to read a book or listen to some music.
Located on this level are 3 separate/private bedrooms with a queen bed and plenty of closet space.
A full-sized bathroom with dual sinks and bath and tub combination is available for all upstairs guests.
Outdoor space:
Mountain views and sunsets are highlighted by a heated pebble tech pool. The outdoor space is an entertainment delight with a covered flagstone patio with outdoor seating (ceiling fan and TV) also features a built-in BBQ w/counter and a firepit and seating for late night smores. Challenge your family and friends to corn hole match.
