The property offers you 2 pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis courts, indoor whirlpool and sauna, shuffleboard, library, and exercise room. You can feel safe at this property with 24-hour security on sight. El Matador 323 is an upgraded gorgeous 3rd building, 2nd floor 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom with a beautiful view of the water. This unit sleeps 6 with a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the guest room, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD, and stereo. There is access to a guest laundry just outside the unit.
This unit welcomes monthly rentals and also has Wireless internet. This unit now has flat screen TV's throughout.
November 2016 remodel including: New paint throughout, new carpet throughout, all new windows and sliding doors, new dining room furniture and hutch, new bar stools, new bedroom furniture and bedspreads, new window drapes, and new dishware!

Summary: Overall great stay! Beautiful location and very resort like feel with all of the green spaces. The only negative was there was no washer or dryer in the room. These were located on the premises and quarters were needed to utilize. Everything else was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again.
