Negative: I was not allowed to check in before 4 PM, although I arrived at noon. Had to wait around until 4 with suitcases. in tow. Fireplace was a hassle to ignite. Toilet overflowed.
Summary: Fireplace was a hassle. Handyman had to be called to turn it on and that was 2 days after my call.
