Duplex apartment in Ricardo Bofill's Anfiteatro residence built on a cliff, 27m above the sea. Quiet and peaceful residence with 27 apartments at the end of the sandy beach of Calpe. The community swimming pool is central, in the roundness of the amphitheater.
A "customs path" serves on one side the sandy beach 10 minutes on foot and on the other, 5 ', a small rocky creek little visited (some fishermen and solitary).

Summary: This property is the stuff dreams are made of. Wonderful views easy to get to both old town and beach. Plenty of resataurants within walking distance and little bar round the corner which is a hive for all nationalities. Supermarket 2 mins in car, good safe private parking area and everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Will surely go back. Thankyou Didier and Martine for a wonderful holiday.
