With Paradise Retreat's Driftwood Beach Retreat, you will enjoy private beach access with prime views of the ocean, salt marsh, and the Channel Islands. You’ll be a minute’s drive or a twenty-minute walk from the downtown area of Carpinteria to enjoy a fresh seafood dinner and beer tasting at one of the local breweries.
The sprawling Ranch style home offers 100’ of private beachfront. The U-shaped floor plan has a central outdoor patio complete with a fireplace to take the chill out of the crisp ocean breeze. Another fireplace in the Living Room makes the interior just as cozy as the exterior. There are three distinctive sleeping areas that make this a perfect home to be enjoyed by multiple families.
