Positive: The view, the quiet street it's on, the location vis a vis Ft. Bragg and Mendocino, and the special cove nearby.
Negative: We could not use two of the amenities -- gas fireplace and gas grill -- we wanted to use. And the pet cleaning fee was a set (and excessive) amount not disclosed on the Booking.com listing.
