The Forest Hills Retreat spans an enormous 3008 square feet and features 5 bedrooms and two and a half baths. Beautiful architectural features, vaulted windows, and soaring ceilings give this home a classy, open-air feel and makes it feel spacious and light. Gorgeous wood flooring throughout the entire main level, together with breathtaking views of the untouched forest through the vaulted windows remind you that you are in the beautiful mountains of Flagstaff. A wood burning stove in the great room makes for a tranquil setting when looking out over the snow covered forest behind you. A gourmet open kitchen with all the accouterments make this home an ideal place for entertaining and preparing an evening meal for even the largest of groups. With two separate living spaces, including a game room with TV, futon, and ping-pong table, as well as a bunk room with TV and bean bag chair, this home makes it easy to come together and enjoy some company or retreat for peaceful relaxation time all to yourself. This amazing home is sure to please all!
An inviting porch off the front of the house has a wonderful swinging chair for 2, and the fully fenced back yard has an in-ground gas fire pit, multiple seating areas, and a Frisbee golf basket! This incredible yard is quiet and peaceful, and is a great place to sit, relax, and unwind after a busy day.
The master suite is a highlight of the home, with french doors opening into your private oasis. The decor is classy and timeless, a beautiful king bed awaits you, the walk-in master closet has all the shelving and storage you could ask for, and the expansive master bathroom has a jetted tub sitting under a corner window with views of forest as far as the eye can see!
There are four additional guest bedrooms, in this wonderful home. On the main floor there is a king bedroom with raised ceilings, frosted french doors, and beautiful lighting - perfect for those that have trouble with stairs. On the second floor, in addition to the master bedroom, there is a queen guestroom, another guestroom featuring a queen as well as a twin bed, and the bunk room - which is sure to be a hit! The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed as well as a twin over twin bunk bed, sleeping 5 comfortably! Vaulted window, a reading nook, beanbag chair, and a TV make this room a great hangout away from the other living areas. There is a futon downstairs, as well as a cot to ensure everyone has a place to sleep!
