You found it! The Champagne Chalet! In town three bedroom quality built single family home. Remember life is what happens while you are making other plans! Situated right in the center of the Historic District, just one block from your favorite restaurants like Hearthstone, Twist, or Fatty’s. You can park your auto and walk to it all.
Why stay in a condo with crowded and noisy neighbors, when you can stay in your own private home with private parking.
This upgraded beautiful home presents quality. The home is nicely appointed and decorated tastefully with original artwork. The new gourmet kitchen boasts Sub-zero appliances and a gas range. The kitchen is completely stocked with quality kitchenware and spices in case you decide to prepare your own feast while you are here. Besides the formal dining table that seats up to six, there is also a high top table with two stools.
The free ride shuttle stops just steps out the front door, to whisk you away to the gondola on peak 8 or the beaver run chair on peak 9.
The private master suite is on the upper level with a view of the beautiful Breckenridge ski resort. You can snuggle down in the king size bed at night and watch the groomers managing the ski runs for tomorrow’s big day. As the bright stars fade away you can watch the alpine glo touch on the peaks as the sun wakes up and kisses the mountains. There is also an office area built into the master suite in case you need to catch up on your work. This large room also has a click-clack if young couples have small children that they want to accommodate in their room. Smart TV in Master. The master bathroom is a room unto itself. Double sinks, a large Jacuzzi, soaking bathtub, steam shower, and your own Keurig coffee machine means you don’t have to join the day until you are good and ready.
You can keep in touch with the world with high speed secure wifi and four flat screen TV’s. The living room boasts a 55” Smart TV and DVD player.
Bedrooms two and three are on the lower level, which also has its own efficiency kitchen, laundry, and full bath. One room has a lofted queen size tempurpedic mattress and one has a full size comfy bed. There are two flat TV's on the lower level to hook up your own gaming or lap top.
This warm home has in floor radiant heat. Amenities include hair dryers, boot dryer, BBQ gas grill, and indoor and outdoor ski racks.
