Positive: nice room, bed and pillows comfortable, good sized tv with enough volume, quiet (although occupancy was low) nice luggage carts, good restaurant, easy access from street, night light in bathroom
Negative: toillet too low to floor, it seems that luxury hotels cannot purchase good quality toilet paper. free wi fi asked for last name and room number to access, however it needed my first name as my last name to work, safe in closet is right down on the floor I have mobililty issues and had to physically sit on the floor to read the lock unlock instructions,
