Each of the 6 bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Four bedrooms, each with its entrance and terrace, are on the ground floor. Two of these rooms have a mezzanine with beds for 2x2 children. A baby bed and a high chair are also available.
Situated on an 8800m² plot, the villa boasts a secured pool (5mx10m) surrounded by spacious terraces with 12 sunbeds. Beyond the pool, discover the boules court next to the aperitif corner with a barbecue, nestled near the remains of an old ruin. A covered terrace near the house features a large summer kitchen (sink, fridge, ...) and an additional T&T Design barbecue. The property includes a garage suitable for 1 car and/or several bikes, with an automatic gate and a separate entrance door. Perfect for a holiday with multiple families or friends.
