This splendid retreat enjoys an unbeatable location in a quiet neighborhood with a small kids' play area right across the street from the house. You will be just a mile from the freeway, two and a half miles from Ford Idaho Center, and fairly close to Boise Airport, downtown Boise, and Bogus Basin Ski Resort. A short half-mile walk leads you to Grimes walking path and Nature Preserve for a relaxing walk or bike ride alongside a peaceful stream.
As you enter this air-conditioned gem, you will discover a bright, airy, open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces. Curl up on the extensive sectional and stream your favorite series and movies on the smart TV, or head outside to treat yourself to a soothing bath in the hot tub. The backyard enjoys a covered patio with two chairs and offers a great spot to play yard games (cornhole table provided). Back inside, the full kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a large pantry. Additional perks include chess and checkers, a high chair, a Pack n' Play, and a designated computer work desk and chair.
The primary suite enjoys a luxurious Sleep Number bed, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom connected by a farmhouse barn door, showing the modern farmhouse charm in this home, closing in the primary bathroom suite and large walk-in closet.
