There is no access to the beach from the house. Access to the beach is a 5min. walk (.2miles) to Capistrano Beach Park. Please do not trespass on the neighbor's property to access the beach,

This downstairs level unit has a well-equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils and appliances necessary to prepare your own meals, as well as a convenient BBQ grill on the spacious patio.
