Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The availability of three separate beds was ideal for our purposes, and the fact that it sits on an arterial bus route into Bristol meant that we could get transport in and out at all times of day. The sitting room was comfortable, and the area felt safe to stay in. As a bonus, the host was very accessible and helpful.
Negative: The upstairs bathroom had no bulb in its main light and no toilet paper, and the kitchen is very under-equipped - lacking a frying pan, tea towels, and any cooking utensils. There is no WiFi on the property that we could find, and parking in the area is very limited.
Summary: A Great Value Location for a Bristol Stay: Comfortable, if a Little Bare-Bones
