Positive: Perfect location in the middle of the city and nicely decorated. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Very easy to access and spacious.
Negative: Our apartment was on the 3rd floor without a lift so a bit challenging to drag all the suitcases up. There was a bit of wear and tear in the fixtures: the bathroom sink, the fan, and the shower, while with great water pressure, the water tends to spill all over the place. Also, there should be some paper towels or tissues.
