At 90sqm there is plenty of space for 3 bedrooms and a spacious living area. Through the large French doors, inside and outside merge in the romantic setting. In front of the house you sit on the shaded garden terrace with dining area and barbecue behind the house. To the right is the secluded pool area (3x8) and a level lawn for playing badminton or sunbathing. A shaded ping-pong table and the in-house boules court under the old trees are real vacation highlights. To relax after so much activity take the evening aperitif in the romantic seating area with sea view above the house and enjoy the sunset. In the 1200sqm large, well-kept garden with lots of Mediterranean flair, there are many favorite spots to discover.
The village of Dolcedo with stores and restaurants is only 3 km away along the road. The more athletic guests can reach the village via romantic donkey paths in a quarter of an hour downhill. The way back is then a bit more demanding. But there is also a regular small bus that goes back up the mountain and stops almost in front of the house. Only two km away, the romantic forest lakes "Laghetti di Acquasanta" invite you to swim. Directly from the house start various hiking trails and mountain bike tours on the old donkey trails through olive groves and beech forests.
To Imperia with its fine sandy beaches and the many small restaurants, stores and the famous old town it is only nine kilometers. Even Genoa, Monte Carlo, Nice and the Cote Azur are worth a day trip.
The beautiful house has three bedrooms. One double bedroom (160x200) and another bedroom with two single beds ( 90x200). In addition, there is another room with a passage to the living room, where two extra beds can be added for larger families. The modern shower room is brand new and has a ground level shower cabin. The modern, well-equipped kitchen with the comfortable dining area makes you want to prepare the delicacies of the Italian markets yourself.
