Detached house located in a privileged and very quiet area of ​​Portocolom in the urbanization "Sa Punta" five minutes walk from two popular beaches of the town. This house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has 1 bed of 1. 80 * 2. 00cm and bathroom en suite. Another room with double bed of 150 cm and the third room with two single beds, all rooms have window and built-in wardrobe. We have the possibility to put 3 extra single beds on the top floor of the house. There is also option to put a bed for a child in the main room and we have two baby cot parks. There is another bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub, we have a hair dryer at your disposal. The kitchen is furnished with all the necessary utensils plus dishwasher, and other small appliances. Dining room with extendable table for six people. In the living room you can enjoy both TV with channels and Wi-Fi or read an interesting book. On the outdoor terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view while you have a quiet drink. And on the lower terrace you will find a pool, a barbecue, hammocks and a swing to rest. It also has a garage for two cars. And in addition to laundry with shower. In the garage there is a ping pong table, some bicycles and some fishing rods that we leave at your disposal. On the top floor of the chatet you will find a living room with TV, sofas and stunning views where you can end the day completely relaxed.
