The property, situated on the top floor with elevator access and a shared garden, consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, a large double bedroom, hallway, and bathroom. Completely renovated and opened with great attention to detail and design, it overlooks Via Lamarmora and can accommodate up to four guests. The apartment is independent and comfortable, extremely bright and quiet, redesigned with care and furnished with antique parquet floors. I wanted to create a space that offers all the comforts of a modern home while preserving the charm of a period residence. The apartment also includes Wi-Fi, two 4K flat-screen TVs, a kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and a coffee machine with pods. The property is a 10-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo and 5 minutes on foot from the Courthouse, Ospedale Maggiore, and Clinica Mangiagalli.
