Positive: I stayed here and had a truly memorable experience. The rooftop offers a stunning view of the pyramids—perfect for relaxing and taking photos. We were warmly welcomed all people were incredibly hospitable and helped us feel at home right away. They also arranged all our tours to the Pyramids, Sphinx, Memphis, and Alexandria, which were all well-organised and enjoyable. staff were also very helpful throughout our stay. they kindly helped us extended our checkout time to 9pm free of charge so we could rest before heading to sharm el sheikh. The hotel manager was also very supportive, and overall, we were treated more like family than guests. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great start to each day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting !
