Positive: I stayed here for 5 nights as a solo traveler and it was perfect. There's a kitchen with cooking facilities, a full bath with great water pressure and hot water, high quality bed with excellent pillows, sheets and blankets, and a nice balcony where you can hang-dry laundry and whose large glass sliding doors serve as a light-filled window which can be covered with thick, privacy-ensuring curtains. The neighborhood is also dreamy -- a residential zone with gorgeous enormous trees and lots of markets and public transportation options. Uber also comes right to your door. It's also very walkable to different parts of the city and the beauty of the area inspired me to do just that. Finally, my communications with the propietor were always swift and productive, which I appreciate. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment. Thanks again!
