Beautifully fully FURNISHED and Air Conditioned 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath + Detached OFFICE, with Master on MAIN Level!
Only three miles to the sand between Huntington Beach and Newport Beach with a paved bike path from our neighborhood all the way to the beach while never getting on a street! Nearly in the middle between the Newport & Huntington Pier! Roughly 20 minutes to Disney or Knotts Berry Farm and within an hour to Universal Studios/Hollywood/Santa Monica.
Interior has been completely remodeled as well as the backyard with brand new pool and landscaping and 8x8 top of the line Hot Springs Spa and entertainment area under cover with articulating big screen so you can watch movies while in the hot tub!
Perfect for entertaining, the kitchen is open to the dining and living with French doors opening onto rear patio facing the pool. Master bedroom with King Bed and En-Suite bath on main level, detached flex/office/gym space off the kitchen (with heat and air) with double sliders opening onto the pool area. Upstairs you will find an oversized second bedroom with a huge closet and one queen bed with queen futon as well as two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full size bed, all with televisions and ceiling fans.
This dreamy house will sleep 10 adults and offers three full bathrooms as well as a new full size washer and dryer, new Heat Pump/AC, gas fireplace and is simply perfect for making year around memories! Plenty of back yard space for yard games or to relax around the magnificent new pool or perhaps watch your favorite show in the new Hot Springs Spa while sipping on a cold beverage.

Summary: We loved our stay at Brandy's house. We were there for almost 6 weeks having just moved internationally needing a temporary place to atay. It's impeccably designed, is well equipped, has super comfy beds, a dream office space to work in, and fabulous outdoor area. They have soft warm blankets that we took outside to watch TV on the patio every night after a dip in the hot tub. Brandy and her husband were super helpful and communicative throughout our stay, starting from when we first booked. They went above and beyond for us, even purchasing a pack and play, high chair, and toddler utensils for the house as we have a baby and a toddler. If I had an issue with anything in the house, Brandy was quick to fix the problem immediately. The house has an amazing location as it's walking distance to 4 grocery stores, target, several good restaurants, Pilates & Orange theory studios and a walking/bike path you can take straight down to the beach. I couldn't recommend staying here more and wish we could have stayed even longer.
