Come and enjoy by staying in this 12th floor, fully furnished studio. It is Privately owned and located at the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center. It is located the north end and quieter side of Daytona Beach near Ormond and 2 miles north of the Boardwalk.
Enjoy the Atlantic Ocean beach with white sand, sunrise or set and fresh air. Ocean View of the North beach/ocean. Balcony is narrow and two stools are provided for sitting on the balcony.

Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. Pools, pool deck, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna are closed until further notice.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed.
We expect repairs and construction during 2025.
Parking garage is closed. One Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room to avoid a $60.00 fee. Limited parking is available in front of the building. Parking is available across the street behind Bellaire Plaza, off Plaza Blvd.
Beach access is still available via the public access area adjacent to the resort. To go to the Beach you would need to exit front lobby, and walk (by garage) to the side of the building. The parking garage is also currently closed for maintenance. There is limited parking available in front of the resort (follow parking map posted in the lobby) and a large parking lot located adjacent to the resort south lot.
One Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room.

Approx. 2 miles to the Shoppes at Ocean Walk, Theater, Ocean Center and Main Street. 20 minute drive to Daytona USA for Speedway Racing. Approx. One and half hour drive to Disney, Epcot Center, Kennedy Space Center, one hour to St. Augustine.
