True to the character of the neighborhood, this 1940s bungalow has been completely redone with modern amenities, while maintaining its original charm. The house is very spacious and comfortably sleeps 16+! There’s plenty of fun to be had with a pool/ping pong table, cornhole, hammock, fire pit and plenty of room for entertaining. A quick Uber/Lyft to Deep Ellum, Downtown or Uptown. Perfect for families, couples, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties!
There’s a full sized kitchen equipped with everything you could need for cooking and entertaining. There are 5 bedrooms: two bedrooms each have a king bed, one bedroom has two queen beds, one bedroom has one queen bed, and a game room with a queen sized sleeper sofa and pool/ping pong table. There is also one queen sized air mattress and one full sized air mattress and the living room sofa can be made into a bed as well. 3 full sized bathrooms, 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs. The backyard is huge and great for entertaining! Play a round of cornhole while you bbq, or make s’mores over the fire pit on a cold night. There is also an elliptical machine and some weights if you feel like getting a workout in. Stream Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Amazon Prime. Laundry room with washer/dryer.
