Negative: Water problems. 3 showers, none work well. Either just hot water or just cold water. Upstairs one would have hot showers only jn the morning , but only for a few people. Cannot have a place that sleeps 16, but not enough hot water. Weird, because other taps had hot water just not the showers. One on ground level only had dripping hot water all the time but no cold. Taps in various bathrooms would need to turn to the point of coming off the spindle before any water would flow out. Basically no functional showers that would work for the 16 of us
