Summary: Both Jamaica Royale and Aloha Kai canceled on us at the last minute. We ended up paying double for this place. It looked a lot better in pictures than it did in reality. I feel taken advantage of. The main bathroom had hair in the drain, rust, and a leaking toilet. In the main bedroom not many of the plugs worked so it was difficult to charge anything or plug in fans. We did not get our check in information until 4:20PM. We were on the 5th floor and the elevator situation was not good. We also lost power one night. The best part was the proximity to the beach and the view from the balcony.
