This single-story home sits just south of the Appalachian Highway, about nine miles west of downtown Blairsville. It's an incredibly convenient location for swimming and boating on Nottely Lake (five miles), visiting Tank Town USA (nine miles), or fishing for largemouth bass, white bass, and walleye on Lake Blue Ridge (12 miles). The charming town of Blue Ridge is only 16 miles west as well.
The outdoor space is something special here, with Youngcane Creek running alongside the property. Watch your kids play tag for hours in the expansive yard, sear the day's fresh catch on the gas grill, and stargaze around the firepit as the sun sinks low behind the trees.

Summary: Great size guest home in the Blairsville area. It’s a quiet beautiful property, but we did have a few notes. -WiFi is hit or miss and the televisions would not connect to satellite or wifi to watch anything (except master bedroom.) we would have appreciated a few DVD’s left behind to have anything to come ‘home’ to after a busy day out. There is zero cell service, so having sufficient wifi should be a must. - The listing is behind a primary property, so we came home to cars parked in front of our listing which was confusing. A message or text letting us know would have been a kind gesture. -Having to take the trash out when we’re getting ready to leave/paying a substantial cleaning fee seems unnecessary.
